- End-to-end features for systems used across the city's public health network, from data modeling to business rules and UI.
- A salary progression system that cross-references the legacy system with the current one, finds employees with overdue progressions and calculates the monthly and yearly financial impact.
- An employee re-registration system, scoped for headquarters and then expanded to every unit of the foundation.
- Pull requests with tests and code review.

- Led a 15-person state team, handling schedules, events and communication for the 727 active members in the state.
- Planned and ran the state congress, with over 300 attendees.
- Built the jurisdiction's website from scratch, demolaypiaui.com, now an inspiration for other states.
